Visvesvaraya Industrial & Technological Museum (VITM) houses various scientific experiments and engines, and was inaugurated by the first Prime Minister of India, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, on 14 July 1962. It is a great place for science enthusiastic, a must visit Museum for adults and kids who love to spent time on learning.
Though you need 3 to 5 hours to go through all sections it is quite informative and valuable source of information. The museum has 8 interactive galleries and other facilities like Science on a Sphere, Wright Brother’s Simulator, the Dinosaurs Corner, a full-fledged Auditorium, Taramandal (inflatable planetarium), 3D film shows and Public Science shows apart from special demonstrations in the exhibition galleries.
